If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we ask you to contact us upon receipt of your goods and no later than 24 hours of receiving your items to let us know the reason for return and to obtain a refund authorisation code from us.

Please note that due to health and hygiene reasons we do not refund on hair accessories or earrings, cake toppers or cake garlands.  If you require any information about any of theses products please call us before placing your order.

We are also unable to offer refunds on any bespoke orders or orders designed to individual specification.

All goods must be returned to us in perfect condition and within all packaging provided.

All refunds will be subject to a deduction of 10% off the costs of goods to cover labour and administration costs.

We do not cover or refund the cost of the delivery, return postage or merchant fees.

If your items are delivered to you free of charge and then returned to us to put back into stock you will be charged £10 to cover the cost of delivery.

As many of our items are delicate we would ask you to ensure that all items are returned securely packaged. We regret that we will be unable to offer refunds on any items broken in transit from you to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting as we are unable to accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

If you wish to return one of our trees or heavier parcels we would ask that you contact us direct so that we can arrange for the item to be collected. Again we regret that we cannot refund the delivery, return of postage or merchant fees.
